Work hours tools

Choose the task you want to finish.

Time card calculator

Build a dated time card with multiple shifts, paid and unpaid breaks, local projects, CSV import and PDF or JSON exports.

Weekly timesheet calculator

Calculate a seven-day time card with a chosen week start, split and overnight shifts, break records and printable weekly totals.

Biweekly timesheet calculator

Prepare a fourteen-day time card with separate week summaries, a complete cycle total and explicit dates for overnight shifts.

Monthly timesheet calculator

Create a calendar-month time card with real month lengths, partial weeks, leap-day dates and explicit month-end shift handling.

Time card calculator with lunch breaks

Subtract unpaid lunch breaks, keep paid breaks included, and review multiple break intervals without double deductions.

Overnight shift calculator

Calculate a dated overnight shift and its breaks, with explicit next-day input and a transparent hours-and-minutes result.

Hours and minutes to decimal hours

Convert an hours-and-minutes duration into decimal hours using its exact minute total. See why 7:30 equals 7.50 hours.

Decimal hours to hours and minutes

Convert decimal hours into hours and minutes, with explicit minute precision and clear treatment of decimal fractions.

Add work hours

Add multiple work durations in hours and minutes or decimals, keep totals above 24 hours, and apply an optional personal threshold.

Work hours remaining

Subtract completed work from a chosen period target and see the remaining duration without confusing it with a clock-out time.

Clock-out time calculator

Find a finish date and time from your target, work already completed, current shift start and expected unpaid breaks.

Keep clock times and durations separate

09:00 is a clock time. 09:00 can also be a nine-hour duration when a field is explicitly labeled as a duration. Shift tools ask for dates and clock times; duration tools ask for an amount of time. Choose the tool by the information you have so that neither meaning is guessed.

Every tool uses the information you enter. There is no employee account, time clock service or automatic payroll rule. If a record crosses midnight, enter its end date explicitly. If you need the actual elapsed time between locations or daylight-saving offsets, this wall-clock model does not supply that information.
