Service and contact

MinuteFolio is the public operating name of this service. For privacy questions, email support@minutefolio.site. MinuteFolio is a brand name; this notice does not describe it as a registered company or separate legal entity.

Time-card entries

Shift dates, clock times, break records, labels and notes are processed in the browser. The product does not provide employee accounts or a server-side time-card database. Do not include personal information that the record does not need. Imported records are not submitted to an account service by the time-card workflow.

Local saves

Named cards use storage belonging to this site in the current browser. Other browsers and devices do not automatically receive them. Clearing site data removes local copies and preferences. Browser controls or storage limits may prevent a save; private sessions may not retain a copy after the session ends. Keep project JSON when you need a separate backup.

Imported and exported files

The importer reads selected CSV and JSON files locally and presents validation results. Downloaded CSV, JSON and PDF files are saved through your browser. You control copies that you send to another person or service. Deleting a browser record does not delete a downloaded file or recall a shared copy.

Site requests

The website is delivered through Cloudflare. Loading a page sends the hosting service request information such as your IP address, browser information and requested path. Time-card entries and imported files are processed in your browser and are not submitted to a time-card database. Hosting request logs are separate from your local records; this site does not promise a fixed retention period for infrastructure records controlled by its provider.

Advertising and analytics

Advertising, analytics and consent-management integrations are disabled. MinuteFolio does not load advertising or analytics trackers in this configuration. If these services change, this notice and any required controls must be updated before they are enabled.

Your controls and questions

You can edit or delete named cards, download a JSON backup, and clear this site’s browser data. Use care before clearing the only copy. If you email support@minutefolio.site, the message and any information you choose to include leave the local time-card workflow and are processed by email providers so MinuteFolio can respond. Send a small sample with private details removed. You can use the same address to ask about a support message or request its deletion.
