Built for the way you record work

Help with your time card

Start with the basics, find a calculation rule, or pick up a saved project.

Create your first time card

Create a time card from an empty period, add a dated shift and break, review totals, and choose a save or export.

Periods and week start

Set weekly, biweekly or monthly ranges and understand the start-date reporting rule for complete overnight shifts.

Dates, clock times and durations

Read supported dates, 12- and 24-hour clock times, long durations, decimal hours and explicit fractional-minute handling.

Shifts, breaks and labels

Add dated shifts, multiple paid or unpaid breaks, project labels and notes, and resolve overlaps without losing the record.

Enter an overnight shift

Enter explicit next-day dates, date breaks after midnight correctly, and keep whole-shift start-date reporting clear.

Totals, targets and your own threshold

Read exact minutes, daily and period totals, target remainders, personal thresholds and optional hourly amount estimates.

Import and export CSV files

Map CSV fields, inspect every row, fix date or break errors, and export safely labeled record data for spreadsheets.

Download a PDF or print a time card

Choose PDF or browser print, paper size and included fields, then inspect dates, totals, notes and page breaks in the real output.

Save and reopen a project file

Save and reopen schema-versioned JSON with dated shifts, breaks, drafts and project settings for a complete editable backup.

Rounding and display precision

Choose an optional rounding increment, direction and application level while preserving original minute records and clear previews.

Local saves, backups and recovery

Open, copy, delete and back up local time cards, and recover safely when browser storage is unavailable or full.

Build a time card

Create your first time card

  1. Choose a reporting period.
  2. Add complete dated shifts and label breaks.
  3. Review totals and any records needing attention.
  4. Save locally or export the copy you need.

Find the relevant instructions

  • Get started covers the period selector and accepted input formats.
  • Shifts and calculations covers breaks, overnight dates, totals, targets and rounding.
  • Import and export explains CSV mapping, project JSON and printable PDFs.
  • Local data and recovery explains browser saves, backups and failures.

When something needs attention

A missing end time can remain a draft. A CSV error stays visible for correction. A storage failure does not mean the calculations disappeared: keep the tab open and download a JSON project backup. The relevant documents explain what to review and how to continue without inventing a result.
