MinuteFolio

About MinuteFolio

A useful personal record: clear inputs, visible rules and a clean copy at the end.

Built around one task

MinuteFolio turns dated shifts and breaks into a time card you can check, keep and use. Choose a week, two weeks or a month; add separate sessions where needed; then review the daily and period totals. Smaller tools help with overnight shifts, duration conversion and target finish times.

Minutes first

Calculations use whole-minute records. Unpaid breaks are deducted and paid breaks remain included. Rounding starts off. The entire completed shift belongs to its start date, while its actual end date remains visible. Worked examples use synthetic data and show the arithmetic rather than claiming to represent real employees.

Files with clear purposes

A local save keeps a card in the current browser. JSON is the complete editable project backup. CSV supplies spreadsheet record data. PDF and browser print supply a reading copy. None of these actions creates an employer account, shared approval system or automatic cloud synchronization.

Know the boundaries

The tool uses the dates, clock readings and rules entered by the user. It does not infer timezone offsets or daylight-saving elapsed time. It does not decide legal pay entitlements, tax rules or whether a break must be paid. Optional amounts are simple hours-times-rate estimates.
