Service and contact
MinuteFolio is the public operating name of this browser-based tool. Product questions can be sent to support@minutefolio.site. The name identifies the service and is not a claim of incorporation or a separate legal entity.
Purpose of the tool
MinuteFolio helps you calculate and organize work-hour records using inputs you provide. It is a personal browser tool, not an employee attendance system, employer approval service or legal payroll authority. You are responsible for choosing a reporting period and checking the information you enter.
Review the output
Check dates, break labels, incomplete records and export contents before relying on a card. Optional thresholds, rates and rounding rules are your inputs. The calculator does not determine wages owed, tax treatment, required breaks or compliance with employment rules. A wall-clock calculation does not infer timezone or daylight-saving offsets.
Local records and copies
Local saves depend on the current browser’s storage. Keep a JSON project file when you need a separate editable copy. A CSV extract or PDF reading copy is not a complete project backup. Deleting a local card does not delete copies already downloaded or shared.
Appropriate use
Enter records you are entitled to use, avoid unnecessary personal information, and do not use the site to misrepresent another person’s time. File inputs are validated as data; they are not intended to execute code or formulas. Do not interfere with the site or other users’ access.
Changes and questions
Docs explains the current controls and file formats. For questions or reports of an incorrect result, email support@minutefolio.site with a small example that contains no private employee information. Features and these descriptions may change; check the current instructions and retain your own backups. No response time or uninterrupted availability is promised.
