Download a PDF or print a time card
Make a reading copy that stays easy to check on paper.
Choose the output
Open Export and choose PDF for a downloadable document, or use the browser’s print action for a printed copy. A PDF is a readable representation of the card, not the editable project backup. Keep JSON separately when you need to restore the full project and settings.
Review the paper options
- Choose A4 or Letter to match the paper you need.
- Choose whether user notes and an optional simple amount estimate should appear.
- Review the period, row dates, break summary and total.
- Generate the PDF or open the print dialog, then inspect the resulting pages.
What remains visible
The reading copy preserves both start and actual end dates, including overnight rows. It identifies counted hours and separates unpaid deductions from paid break time already included. If rounding is enabled, its rule should be visible. The whole shift belongs to its start-date reporting period; printing does not silently split it.
Check long records
A month or a card with long notes may span multiple pages. Check headings, margins, row boundaries and whether important notes remain readable. Application buttons and advertising do not belong inside the printed record. A layout that looks good for six short rows still needs review with your actual content.
If a PDF cannot be finished
The current card remains available. Retry the export, use a CSV data copy or download project JSON to retain the editable work. A preparing state is not a success message, and a failed PDF should not be accompanied by a claim that the file was downloaded. Keep the tab open until you have the copy you need.
