Shifts and breaks
Check one shift, or find the time you need to finish.

Work backward or plan forward
To find how long you worked, enter the start and end dates and times, then subtract unpaid breaks. To find a finish time, enter a target, the work already completed and the unpaid break you expect to take. These are different calculations, so the inputs stay separate.
| Question | Tool |
|---|---|
| How long was this night shift? | Overnight shift calculator |
| How much work remains in my goal? | Work hours remaining |
| When will I reach that goal? | Clock-out time calculator |
Dates remove the guesswork
An end time earlier than a start time does not automatically mean the following morning. The overnight tool asks you to confirm the end date. The finish-time tool carries a calculated result into the next date when needed. Both use the clock times entered, without inferring a timezone or a daylight-saving change.
